I’m here to help you cultivate a more fulfilling way of life.
I’m a Denver-based therapist who specializes in working with men and individuals seeking to improve their lives.
I firmly believe in the value and importance of men’s mental health, but find that men are often misunderstood or stigmatized for seeking help.
My aim is to counter this narrative by creating a therapeutic environment that empowers men to understand themselves, heal, and move towards greater meaning, strength, and compassion.
The clients I work with walk away from therapy with the necessary inner-strength, resources, & awareness to become individuals who are aligned with their purpose, values, & emotional experience.

Through the therapeutic process, I help clients rediscover who they are and what matters to them, so they can live in integrity with themselves.
I do this by focusing on the therapeutic relationship and building a solid foundation of trust. This empowers clients to be honest with themselves and take risks in session that lead to lasting change.
I also supplement my work with evidence-based, trauma-informed methods such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) & EMDR. These methods help clients successfully process traumatic experiences and harness their innate ability to heal & grow.
