Individuals who are curious and self-aware may find themselves isolated and alone, desperate to find some semblance of community or guidance on their personal journey. But these desires for guidance often go unmet, perpetuating feelings of discouragement, confusion, and loneliness.

Therapy is one of the few places left where you can genuinely explore these questions without judgment or the imposition of other’s beliefs or values.

Therapy is a place for you to sit with your doubt, process past religious wounding or trauma, and reflect on your identity, values, and purpose.
