I’m here to help you find clarity, confidence, & connection.

I provide therapy to individuals who feel discouraged by life and are seeking to find their place in the world.

My integrated approach to therapy strives to keep our humanity at the forefront by using the therapeutic process and therapeutic relationship to help you gain insight into who you are. With this increase in self-knowledge, you can then choose how to be or act differently in your life.

My approach is also trauma-informed, pulling from research-based treatments such as Internal Family Systems (IFS). The goal of this work is to help you integrate traumatic experiences and unburden yourself from painful beliefs, emotions, and feelings, so you can feel more engaged and present in your day-to-day life.

The clients I work with walk away from therapy feeling empowered to make changes that are in line with their identity and values. At the end of therapy, they report feeling more alive, confident, and connected to themselves and their relationships.
